Welcome to my personal webpage and thanks for stopping by!

I’m a researcher at the intersection of fundamental electromagnetics, computational physics, and numerical methods, with focus on light scattering.

At the moment I conduct postdoctoral studies in Finland covering the fields of biophotonics and mesoscopic electrodynamics, building simulation tools that help to acquire new knowledge in between quantum and classical physics.

In perspective, I’m greatly interested in pushing forward open science and education through implementing software which enables to both visually and quantitavely experience the modern problems in physics, all the way up from the school to the challenging cutting-edge level.

I also enjoy traveling, reading, hiking with friends, and discussing philosophy.

Mar 09, 2025 My schedule for the conference talks this spring: :airplane:
23-27 June: 21th Electromagnetic and Light Scattering Conference (ELS XXI),
8 May: Progress In Electromagnetics Research Symposium (PIERS),
17 March: Bremen Workshop on Light Scattering.
Nov 23, 2024 New paper exploring polarization-entangled photon scattering is now on arXiv, performed in close collaboration with colleagues from Friedrich Schiller Universität Jena and Aston University. Looking forward to the journal publication! :page_with_curl: A talk on the topic is scheduled for the upcoming PIERS-2025 symposium in Abu Dhabi this May. :watch:
Mar 05, 2024 Preliminary version of the polarization state app is available in the tools section. :microscope:
Jan 25, 2024 First version of the website launched! :sparkles:
